Location

This hotel enjoys an excellent, central location in the tourist centre of Madrid close to the old town and the Prado museum. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found about 500 m away.

128 non-smoking rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     My daughter joined for a business trip. We stayed 4 nights and like it very much.Room was clean and comfortable. My special thanks to Javier who helped us a lot. It was April 17th, 2026 when he was on duty. I deeply appreciate his help, competence and kindness. The hotel is very fortunate to have him. I would also like to thank Daniel who was so nice to catch a taxi for us. It was a strike on Apr 18th and we couldn’t get uber to go to the airport. Quite stressful. Daniel met the challenge.     The atmosphere of the hotel was nice. My room was a delight! It came with a good view. The room itself was very comfortable. The bathroom was impressive.
