Location

This hotel is located opposite Atocha railway station, an AVE (high-speed) station, and in close proximity to the bus station. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen Collection, and the Reina Sofía arts centre can all easily be reached on foot. Retiro Park is also close by.

The hotel has a junior suite, 24 single rooms and 43 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Great Madrid choice -- With one downside

    Great location: An easy walk from the main train station & convenient (20-min walk) to most of the tourist attractions (churches, Prado, park, shopping). Great breakfast (an NH trademark) & our room on the top floor was clean, with a good bathroom & quiet day & night. Only complaint: We expected NH would apply our Discovery $ to our bill when we checked out, but they didn't -- and didn't even ask. Why does NH offer these incentives if guests aren't encouraged to use them?
