    A very good place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, walking distance from 3 metro stations runing lines 8, 9, 5, friendly staff, clean environment, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. I will surely use it again.

    Stayed at NH Balboa for 10 nights, room was great, clean, bed was very comfortable. Gym was also fairly spacious. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good overall but lacking vegetables variety. Really nice neighbourhood and walking distance to many restaurants/ shops. Would definitely recommend!

    I slept really well, bed was great. Enjoyed the breakfast options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good, quiet location close to IE University, the reason for my stay here.

    My stay was truly comfortable and well balanced, allowing me to combine professional commitments with personal time seamlessly. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were ideal for work and relaxation, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

    The hotel is well located, with easy access to good restaurants and shopping areas. The halls to the bedrooms could do with better ligting; but i've noticed this in almost all the NH hotels where i've stayed. What wasn't so great was the service at breakfast. On the first day, they had no gas and were unable to offer warm meals. There was one waitress and she was rude, not at all helpful, and made it seem like diners were an inconvinience to her. I've stayed at many NH before, and the breakfast at Balboa left a lot to be desired. Compared to the NH Colon, where the service was exceptional, the wait staff at NH Balboa couldnt even be bothered to serve you a cup of coffee, whereas in NH Colon, they would be at your table side the second they say you were getting up. You should make sure your industry standards are replicated across the board in your hotels. The bus boy at the breakfast was very kind. The other thing that affected my stay was the street noise. I was on the fourth floor and you could still hear a great deal through closed windows.
