    Hotel was clean, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Good bus connections to the city centre. Restaurant and breakfast was fine but there are some good local restaurants around and a big Mercadona nearby.     This Hotel really takes customer service to the next level. Every single person was super attentive and friendly, from the reception (for example Joabson & Cristina) and the restaurant breakfast service (Nehza) to the room service. Everything was super clean, the rooms well equipped and quiet, you hear basically nothing from the neighbors. It's located right by the river, which is nice to walk about, and close to the center. I would come back here anytime!! The breakfast buffet is outstanding!     Great hotel! Rooms were a good size and always clean, along with the rest of the hotel. The pool area was small, but in a good spot to still be in the sun in the afternoon after being out site seeing. Hotel could be considered a little way away but is a 20/30 stroll through a park area to get towards the main centre of Madrid.
