Location

This hotel is strategically located near the Las Ventas bullfighting ring. It is also conveniently situated for the M 30, the airport and the IFEMA exhibition centre.

199 non-smoking rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Beautiful hotel, disappointing internet experience

    Beautiful hotel overall. The room, food, staff, and atmosphere were all excellent. Everyone was kind and professional, and the stay would have been perfect.Unfortunately, the internet was terrible during my entire 5-day stay. Since I work remotely, having reliable WiFi is essential for me, and every day it became more frustrating and stressful to deal with. To make matters worse, the phone in our room was not working properly, which made communication with hotel staff even more difficult and frustrating whenever we needed assistance.What is most disappointing is that after a 5-day stay, neither the room phone nor the internet issues were resolved. It’s a shame because everything else was lovely, but due to these ongoing problems, I personally would not consider staying here again, especially for anyone who depends on a reliable internet connection for work.

    We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at NH Ventas. All staff and especially the reataurant staff we wonderful and attentive. Carmen and Alejandro were very gracious and very accommodating.     Very average hotel… definitely not worth 4 stars and the price I paid for 3 nights.. very noisy rooms and disappointed to what you get for what you pay for. The Staff were amazing though. Well done to the staff.

    My room was spacious, quiet and clean. My bed was perfectly comfortable. The shower options were excellent. I enjoyed the vast selection of the breakfast buffet and only missed a hot breakfast meat option. I utilized room service for most meals which were served quickly and professionally. The meals were hot and delicious. The hotel was modern and very well kept. I look forward to using the beautiful outdoor amenities on another visit.
