Location

The hotel is wonderfully located in the centre of Madrid. It is located only around 100 m from Paseo de la Castellana Boulevard and is close to the science museum as well as the Congress Palace. The transfer time to the Madrid airport takes around 15 min. The public transport network is easily reached on foot.

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE COSIDERING QUALITY - PRICE

    This hotel has no basic services like luggage storage , I planned my trip in Europe based in Madrid lo leave the luggage at hotel while I dont need it , but they dont give the service even cosidering that they say they will in Trip advisor . Unfortunately it was already payed so I couldn´t change the hotel

    Avoid this hotel. The rooms do not match the listings. Hotel staff is not very freindly.     Mostly good, but some downsides!

    The hotel was good, friendly staff, free wifi and the room was clean. Excellent shower, lovely gentle lighting in the room, especially good for late at night and first thing in the morning. BUT there was no kettle or tea/coffee in the room! First hotel I've ever been to without this. And the bed was very hard, so I didn't sleep very well, unfortunately.Breakfast was good and open from early till late 7-10.30 (7.30-11.30 at the weekend). Also standard check out was 12pm which was good. Can't comment on value as this was paid by the conference organisers!     My stay at the hotel was overall good and comfortable. The staff were courteous, and the general atmosphere was pleasant. However, there are a few areas that require improvement to enhance the guest experience: • The Wi-Fi quality needs significant improvement, as the connection was unstable and slow at times. • The variety of food in the restaurant, especially at breakfast, was limited and could benefit from more diversity. • There was no kettle available in the room for preparing tea or coffee, which is considered a basic amenity in many hotels. • Complimentary bottled water was not provided daily, which would have been appreciated.With attention to these points, the overall guest experience could be considerably enhanced.
