Well… after reading some reviews…. Listen to mine 2nd time round…

    rating08 Oct 2025

So I would like to start by saying I am mid stay for the second time… rooms are clean, staff are brilliant and after reading some reviews I can honestly say that they are either expecting far too much or have never travelled far before. We are English… and been absolutely welcomed to this establishment for the second time. We are B&B with friends. The food we have ordered off the menu has prevented any need to go far, it’s be excellent and very reasonable price too. Our room has been cleaned and beds made every day since our arrival. Everything we have asked for has been no trouble at all. Air conditioning in rooms is great too. I would like the thank the staff for everything here, Im just sorry to read some of the reviews that are clearly unfair and obviously written by people who have no clue what to really expect. We will be back for a third visit, on the beach perfect location for our needs and wants.

Amazing Stay! Would Love To Come Again!

    rating12 Sept 2025

Park Beach Hotel is a lovely hotel! and so well looked after and maintained we all loved our stay here, they really look after you i'm sad to leave :( The staff are very friendly and they gave us bottles of water on our last day thank you for being very kind to us <3- Rooms. Very comfy foam beds with a comfy soft duvet to sleep under if you get too cold from the air conditioning. Good sized wardrobe with enough hangers to hang up what clothes you need. Very clean rooms and cleaned almost daily. They always provide us with clean towels so i didn't even have to use my own apart from my beach towel. They provide hand wash and shower gel in the bathrooms which looks very fancy, i like the touch light and the pull out wall mirror. The fridges though are only good for medication or slightly chilling water they aren't super cold but it's alright considering they have good A/C.- Private Garden. Absolutely beautiful! well maintained grass and it has a big hammock too. If you stay in the family rooms you have your own sun beds too. A lovely sea view too.- Breakfast. Very nice and tasty food i got a bit greedy during the first few days and piled it on my plate LOL. They have plenty to choose from, 4 different juices and water, and there is also fruit, oatmeal, cornflakes, and chocolate balls too which i had a few times. There's also coffee machines you can get cappuccinos from too and also tea.- Restaurant & Bar. Excellent and friendly service. Great food especially the burgers it's like proper beef and the herbs they put into the chips makes them so tasty :P you can order from the menu all day. - Pool. Good enough size to swim in, clean, and deep enough to do some dives under the water.Nearby places: Ice Cream Shop next door that has all kinds of flavours of ice cream including my favorite chocolate chip mint, really good quality and cheap.Pizza Hut very delicious pizzas and good drinks. Santa Maria Restaurant across the road a small menu but very tasty food and friendly staff.

Sun sea and not much else

    rating01 Sept 2025

Where do I start !! We were unfortunate to have one of the rooms out the front and ground level we might as well have slept on the pavement dreadful room the boy racers run all night the patio was filthy asked to move but apparently no availability the maid comes knocking at 7-45 !! Food was ok but the same every meal limited choice however the chef did make food for my coeliac granddaughter and they did give her gluten free rolls . Staff were friendly and spoke good English.the little Greek man at the beach sun beds was lovely very helpful. We used the number 30 bus to get about and the intercity bus 54 to pathos . This holiday was booked with jet 2 wouldn’t recommend them we felt totally abandoned no contact or welcome a little bit of information would have helped and a welcome txt costs pence. Local people were friendly and helpful to us . Wouldn’t return tho especially to this hotel .

    A week in Cyprus

    rating13 Aug 2025

We spent a week at this hotel . It’s a little tired and could do with a freshening up . That aside the staff mixed some would say hello good morning others would walk past most Spoke English. The food was nice something for everyone . Drinks plentiful. Bar staff Andrea / Chris / marta . Always very busy but made time to talk you . Short wait for drinks when the restaurant was open as they were getting drinks for the waiters .The room clean ,nice bed A/C balcony Own safe plenty of hangers and wardrobe space . Pity no kettle in the roomMaids worked very hard doing a great job .Lots of different nationalities .Some Russian people there the same time . So rude noisey liked to drink ( A Lot ) lucky they left after 2 days .Pool was warm had to get your beds early. We had lovely weather all week .The beach is pebbled in places and could do with a tidy up . All in all had a good time with a bit of TLC this could be a nice hotel . I would stay in Cyprus again but nearer the old port . More nightlife and better choices .

More pros than cons. Please read this review.

    rating07 Aug 2025

This place does not deserve some of these awful reviews. Like all places it has pros and cons so here goes…Pool: relaxed, no loud music, kids small paddling pool. Approx 40 sun-beds (sometimes need reserving) extra beds a few steps down from the pool in the garden area. Ukrainian summer camp we’re here on our visit. They used the pool early and late in the afternoon were no problem, just kids enjoying themselves, really well behaved and a credit to their parents. Easy and quick access to the beach where you can walk all the way up to the Old Port. Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach cost €2.50 each for the day. Beach is pebbly in places and sandy in others. Food: We all ate well, always a choice of meat fish veggie rice potatoes salads and all the sides. Different desserts for the sweet tooth, juice tea coffee milk etc. Lots of choice for breakfast. Greek night, Chinese night, Italian night etc. Some staff are more pleasant than others ( same the world over) . Reception staff helpful. Bar staff served and were pleasant. Rooms: exactly what you need. Walk in shower, comfy bed, extra pillows if needed, hangers, safe, large mirror and dressing table with hairdryer. USB plugs at bedside tables. Towels and beds changed every 3 days, beds made every day and a quick mop change bins. Area: Lidl 15 mins walk. 24 hr shop opposite hotel. Kebab shop opposite hotel (lovely and value for money) pubs are dotted a few mins walk from each other. Not a lot going on in the hotels immediate area but the port is much busier. (Number 30 bus for €2 are frequent) Entertainment: Thursday night is Cyprus night. Tables set outside, food and drinks served at round tables and typical Cypriot dancing, glass balancing on heads and getting all involved. Solo travellers: if you are a female solo traveller I would not recommend this hotel. There seems to be ‘regulars’ at the bar who are blatantly here to pick up women and they are quite straight forward in what they want to do. Accessibility: do not book if you are not very mobile. No provisions for wheelchair users as there are steps to all levels, the ramp into the hotel has a steep incline and there are no lifts. As a family of 5 adults we enjoyed our stay, we got exactly what we needed from our trip. For the price we cannot grumble.
