This small, family-run hotel is situated directly in the city centre, opposite the Madrid Opera House. The charming Palacio Real is just a few minutes walk away, as it the Plaza Mayor, the heart of Madrid. The city's airport is some 15 km from the hotel.

The hotel has 79 rooms, including 14 single rooms and 61 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay.     Excellent hotel. Absolutely nothing to complain about.Clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location (centrally located to facilitate walking to many attractions). They allowed us early check in which was so appreciated considering our long flights to get to Madrid.Breakfast also excellent, lacking nothing (hot and cold buffet, fresh fruits, cheeses, etc).I would definitely stay here again!

    We arrived at night and we wanted triple room. There were two very helpful reception called Yanira and Alain, they helped us with patient and show us the room. My family were so happy with everything about the hotel specially the reception who helped us to stay in the hotel.     Not sure if this is 4 star. Small rooms which are clean and basic. Good shower. Close to Opera metro and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was very average with the worst scramble eggs and bacon we have ever tasted. Thank goodness for the continental option.
