  AvA rooms perfect location Madrid

  I booked Monday till Friday direct with AVA rooms . Cost 260.10€ payable in cash at arrival. I did not know it was cash but they booked us in and we paid later no issue. This is unbelievable. We were in room 302 . It is 3 mins walk max from the metro Gran Via. Central for everything. From the airport you take line 8 change for line 9 then change to line 1 we paid 7€ to go which included a Madrid travel card and as we had this just 3€ return. You just top up the card for travel around the metro. Our room was perfect. Two beds great shower room daily clean , kitchenette with microwave toaster and kettle. No plates or cutlery. Just 2 glasses two mugs and two teaspoons. So if you want to do breakfast you need to bring plates and cutlery.. there are such great restaurants bars and shops in walking distance..this was 100% a great find . I could write so much more . Roof top experience, tours, shopping and stopping for a breakfast so cheap just 5 mins walk., AVA rooms BOOK direct I PROMISE you won’t be disappointed.. see if you can get 301 or 302

  Great little hitel

  Stayed here for one night and found it to be a great little hotel. The staff were friendly, the room and bathroom was clean and have everything we needed including a safe (just need 1€), tv, towels, hairdryer. The room was quiet throughout the night, only noisy neighbours the next morning so if you are conscious to not talk loudly then would not be a problem.We took the airport bus and got off at the 2nd stop, then just 10 minute walk up Gran Via, right turn when you get to the Telefonica building then the hotel is opposite Size shoe shop. Very convenient location and close to food, bars and shops.As we were only staying 1 night we walked down to Mercado San Miguel and to San Gines which was about 15 minutes and easy to find. 1 thing to be aware of when we visited is Gran Via metro station is closed, so we were unable to get to train station as planned in morning. We managed to use FREENOW to get a cheap taxi about 6€ so would recommend that. (You can use me promo code - les.cla for 5€ off first trip)Recommend this hotel.

  Excellent small hotel in the centre

  This hotel is located one short block off the Gran Via on a pedestrian only shopping street. The entrance to the hotel is a little hard to find the first time. There is a lift which is great although it only takes 2 people. The reception is on one floor and the rooms all seem to be one floor down. It was very quick to check in and we were taken to our room. The room was very nice, not large but spacious enough. it had now view, but then one is not going to spend much time in your room in Madrid. The room and a kitchenette and three beds, two in the bedroom and one in the lounge area. The bathroom was small but very well appointed and super clean, as was the entire room. There was no noise from the street and thus one slept very well. The beds were comfortable and the linens were good. All in all it is great place to stay and take in the sites of Madrid

  The location was simply amazing, in the heart of the city. Cozy room with everything you need (hairdryer, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle), beds are comfortable, room was cleaned every day. We will book again!

  I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. When I booked it, it barely had references but it turned out great. The room had a shower, a lavatory and a hair dryer and the toilet was outside, the bed and pillow were really comfortable. They also give you an electric kettle and tea in case you want it. For those who go in the summer, the room had AC and a fan. People at the reception were super nice and they let you leave your luggage after checking out. Last but not least, location was AMAZING!! Super close to the Gran Vía and all the shops but without the noise. Definitely a place to come back.
