Location

This attractive, luxury hotel is fabulously located in the financial, diplomatic, shopping and culture centre of Madrid, only minutes away from the Paseo de la Castellana. The hotel offers ideal access to the N-2 motorway. This hotel is located between the Molina Street, Serrano and Claudio Coello.

Facility

The hotel has 20 suites and 32 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can stay up-to-date thanks to the daily newspaper provided. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

    Great location in Madrid, the Suites Barrio de Salamanca.

    It was a very nice stay at the Suites Salamanca! Location is great, just half a block away from Serrano street, very calm in Salamanca, a very secure neighborhood. Rooms are large, with a kitchenette, a living and a nice terrace. Our room was looking to the beautiful garden of the Museo Lazaro Galdiano, a jewel we discovered during this trip. Don’t miss it, it’s wonderful! Hotel is not new, but everything works perfectly, and service is top, from Rafa and Nacho at the Front Desk to the waiter at the breakfast room. Breakfast is good, lots of items to choose from and fresh squeezed orange juice! Very recommended! Thanks Cristina and Catalina!     The staff at the front desk was terrific. All were polite, friendly, and most helpful. The gentleman at breakfast was most polite and helpful. The food was in great variety, fresh and clean. The tables were well maitained. The hotel is in a good location for us. Walking distance from a main road where taxis are plentiful. The room is clean and well maintained. We had a suite which was roomy and also had a washing machine. We certainly would return to this hotel.     My worst stay at a hotel ever this was beyond unacceptable! The WiFi would constantly fail so I couldn’t get work done (every 5 minutes) and even when it didn’t fail it was bad. This forced me to waste 100$ on data alone. I would never recommend this hotel and will be never coming back.     Get some new Wi-Fi stupid. The internet keeps getting disconnected every second. How are you 4 stars in 2025 with no internet connection. When the internet was working it was really bad, I am not going to waste all my money on some Wi-Fi, so please buy some new routers.     Dated but ok for very short stay

    This hotel is actually a suite but has no bar or restaurant. Yes.
