Location

This hotel is located at the heart of the city, close to the King's Palace and the Puerta del Sol as well as the Plaza Mayor. Approximately 300 metres away lies a lake. In Winter, ski areas can be reached within 8 miles, where it is possible to enjoy cross-country skiing. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network (only 10 metres away). The nearest underground station is Sol station.

Facility

The hotel has 64 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     The location is excellent, the service also.You are at walking distance of Plaza Mayor, La Gran Vía, and many restaurants. The rooms are not big but are comfortable.     The Petit Palace Arenal is a very nice, clean, modern hotel in the heart of Madrid. The room was tiny but since we were only there one night and we were out exploring the whole day, it was perfectly acceptable for sleeping. The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. The hotel is close to many of the places we wanted to visit by foot which made it very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice, clean place near everything.     I recently stayed in the Superior Quadruple Room at Petit Palace Arenal, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious – perfect for us – and a big bonus was having two full bathrooms, which made getting ready so much easier.Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff provided friendly, efficient service throughout our stay. Our room faced the street, but to our pleasant surprise, it wasn’t noisy at all — we slept very well!The hotel’s location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of Madrid, just steps from everything we wanted to see, eat, and explore.We also loved the buffet breakfast – a great spread with something for everyone, and the perfect way to start a day of sightseeing. Also worth mentioning: the price was very fair, especially considering how central the location is.On the day of our departure, we asked the reception to book us a taxi — and it was waiting right at the front door, on time. Super smooth! Important to note: taxis can only pull up directly to the front door before 11AM, due to street access rules — so plan accordingly!Highly recommend for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in Madrid!
