Location

Located in the tourist centre of Madrid, between Calle Arturo Soria and Calle de Alcalá, Ciudad Lineal underground station is just 50 m from the hotel, making the most popular places in Madrid accessible in just 10 minutes. Countless shops, including a shopping centre, delightful restaurants and lively bars and clubs (the nearest pub is right next to the hotel) are all within walking distance. Alcalá Street is one of the biggest commercial areas of Madrid and easily accessible from the hotel. This hotel also lies near to the IFEMA exhibition centre and the airport.

    Fab hotel - great for vegans

    Perfect hotel for tourists in madrid, less than 10 minutes from the airport by car or you can use public transport easily too. Hotel very clean and fresh. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast provided - as a vegan of 10 years plus the variety of foods was excellent plus soy, almond or oat milk available without request which is wonderful. The staff all very pleasant snd welcoming, especially Miguel who helped us tremendously with planning journeys. The metro system is very straightforward and the nearest station is only 3 mins walk from the hotel.I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in its quiet residential area.

    Fantastic experience! This was one of the best value for money hotels I've stayed in. Beds we're super comfortable, showers great, everything very clean. The breakfast had a lot of options. The location was very convenient as it's close to a metro stop and a short walk from a lovely park. Most notably, the manager came to our table every morning at breakfast to ask how we were doing - the first day I mentioned an issue with the air conditioning in our room, and he had it fixed before we were done eating! Will definitely stay here again in the future.     A Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location

    We spent a week at Petit Palace Arturo Soria when visiting Madrid. It’s in a very convenient location with the fantastic metro system, buses, shops & restaurants all nearby. Our room provided all the comforts we needed & the included breakfast was excellent which was a great bonus. Edu & Eduardo on the desk were always so helpful & obliging with looking after any of our queries. My only negative was the family room on the level above ours was noisy when it was occupied which we noticed mostly at night. Perhaps there’s no insulation between the 2 floors.     Great sleep in Madrid

    Very nice hotel in Madrid.     Their name may be "Petit", but there's nothing small about the customer service and experience provided by Chema and his team. From the moment we arrived they worked tirelessly to ensure that we were comfortable, with him personally helping us with our bags to our room. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING each day, with prompt and efficient wait staff attending to our every need. During the afternoon/evening period if we needed additional cutlery, use of the microwave, hot water, or ice, all was available. They also helped us to plan our trip to the Royal Palace using the Metro, something with which we were not familiar. Overall, their warmth, hospitality, and genuine kindness not only makes us want to stay by them again, but to see more of Spain in general!
