  Excellent stay! Location 10/10 – everything was close and convenient. Breakfast was perfect with a great selection. The snack bar was also really good. Staff were extremely kind and helpful during the whole stay. Cleanliness level was exceptional, everything spotless. Would definitely come back!   A very correct accommodation, daily bed linen change, satisfactory breakfast. the only drawback for me is the double bed, which is made up of two smaller ones that separate, they seriously need to change that.   The hotel location is excellent - next to fhe hotel are bus station, metro station and Cercanias train station. The area is calm, and is 15-20min away from Plaza Mayor.
