This is a nice hotel, the rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable however the windows were not very good so cars and planes could easily be heard at night.Service at the bar is a little slow but there is a small but reasonable selection of food on the menu, although everything I ordered was full of celery! The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices.A bit of a sore point was that we had to leave a few days early but the hotel refused to amend our booking and refund money paid for unused nights , Dueño at Hotel Porcel Avant, responded to this review Dear customer, thank you very much for giving us your assessment and comment on our hotel. We are happy to know that I enjoy our facilities. We are sorry that you had noise in your assigned room, you could tell us about this problem in reception and we could have changed you to a quieter room in our interior.Regarding the modification of the reservation, as they are non-refundable reservations, the dates cannot be modified, nor can they be canceled. Comfy and quiet

Very quiet and clean place with an exceptionally comfortable pillows. We had a really good sleep. The staff is really helpful and nice. Also very punctual with the airport pickup.The mattress and pillows are really comfy. The city Torrejón de Ardoz is surprisingly beautiful and full of restaurants and Christmas activities. Worst hotel I ever stayed in

I'm 56 and have stayed in hotels every were in the world traveling for business.This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ..It is a modern building but that's as far as it goes .Staff are rude and unattentive. 20 mins to check in 20 mins to get a taxi 20 mins to get table cleaned at dinner ..advertised dinner menu and then refused to serve it by staff .Food disgusting.First course Looks like it was dropped on the floor and with the grit in it I think it had .second course cold . very bad quality beef and a thumb hole stuck in the top of the burger.Supposed to be served with a complimentary beer .never arrived ..I just give up ..Shuttle driver to airport was very pleasant and prompt

The pick drop facility from the airport at 2:30 am in the morning was facilitated without any charge. Helpful and responsive staff. Room was spacious, Temperature control of room quick and effective, comfortable bed with 2 big pillows, minibar was also there. Toilet was big with bathtub & hairdryer. All toiletries provided. Breakfast decent enough and filling. Staff provided us with free coffee as we requested after check in at 3:30am. HotelesPorcel, Dpto. Ok for Families and a night between two flights.

Luckily the reception agreed to pick me up with the shuttle (after 1x 3min waiting loop, and two hang-ups, and a harsh comment, to reserve the shuttle 24h before) [I booked last minute, so 24h is not really possible, nor did I saw this policy in Expedia when I've made my choice (Airport & Shuttle).The airport is geographically close, but beware, the ride takes ~15' depending on the traffic and the Hotel is in an industrial zone.Checkin was fast and friendly, the room is ok (Water in the fridge) but no water heater with tea or coffee.. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The pool is open until 20:30 and ok.A bit disappointed was the dinner. Parts of the cart wasn't available (Summer/Winter . Soup) and some things running out. Which is not a big deal, but my wife managed it to choose all things which weren't available :/ - Then she ordered the shrimp Wok and I the noodle Wok. // Any cheap Ramenpack or Noodles from a cup would be better, sorry. Don't expect fresh cooked Wok there. The meatballs were tasty!The waiters are nice but we had to ask twice sometimes to get our order or to pay.Shuttle at the morning worked fine (Don't forget to register the evening before!).For the price an ok deal.
