  Decent choice, except for a few things

  Check-in was easy and the staff were super friendly. The hotel has two swift lifts, and the hallways had very low carpet so suitcases roll easily.The room was spacious enough and had hard floors, no carpet--yay, much healthier! There was a kettle and a mini fridge with free water--always a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and had power outlets on each side--perfect for two people charging devices at bedside. There was a bit of airplane noise since this hotel is in the MAD flight path but not enough to keep us awake.The shower/tub combo has excellent water pressure, but the water oscillated between hot & cold--not a fun way to shower. The towels were decent.Parking garage on site and 2 bus parking spaces on the side. The WiFi was strong and password protected (yay!). Breakfast was plentiful. Nothing really in the area. Regardless of the few negatives, I might stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

  The room here was for four people and badly set out to the point that we couldn’t reach some of it including the fridge. However it was very clean and had a great bathroom and clothes wardrobe. The hotel is quite nice through out with a good bar area and outside drinking in a covered area. Food here is ok but nothing special and the deserts are repetitive and boring. Coffee is warm not hot and the fruit juices pretty awful. I could not fault the main courses here the chicken being especially nice. This hotel has been built to be within easy reach of the airport and is basically designed for business travellers I think. It’s in the middle of an industrial estate and if you are a holiday maker seeking an hotel I suggest you think very carefully about staying here. There is nothing for families or children of any age even the pool was closed when we got there and remained closed throughout. One word about the staff here they are very nice which helps a lot. This hotel is supposedly four star but to be honest it’s probably top end three star at best. In writing this review I have to be positive in most areas. What I would ask is that honesty is not mistaken for negativity.   Good legacy Hotel, spacious rooms, far from the airport

  I reserved for a stop over in Madrid before flying to America and though I was under the impression it was next to Barajas airport T4, it's really far, it cost me 40 euros the taxi from the airport, same for UBER or Bolt. The Hotel is nice, but in an aera surrounded by industrial warehouses and Logistics, you have the Carrier, some Amazon warehouses, at the end it's not a nice experience to walk and there are very few restaurants around, so you stick to the Hotel's, which is not bad and not overly expensive. They don't provide with a Shuttle to the airport, even though some websites say so, they told me they stopped with the pandemic and didn't run it again. The shower not so clean, the pillow looks like 2 concrete bricks, no many options, didn't sleep well. The price is ok but when you take the transportation into consideration you'll be better with a hotel by Barajas.

  Had a super room with good facilities. The location is not brilliant with railway station a mile away. Parking is reasonably charged. Staff are very helpful and the food is really good. Wi-fi is very poor on the ground floor. It is also not possible to charge drinks and food to your room

  Excellent Overnight stay

  We selected the hotel for an overnight stay to catch our plane the next morning from MAD airport. Hotel was accessible from the highway, check-in process was quick and reception staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and bathroom was excellent. We used the indoor garage which has a direct elevator access to all other floors. We did not try the restaurant.
