    The hotel was nice and clean . The rooms new and the bathrooms were nice and clean . The hotel stuff was friendly and courteous. My wife and i learn to move on the metro , since it was 20 minutes from Madrid but the experience was nice. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the metro and the trians

    Extremely friendly, very clean and an ultra organised place to stay, located not too far from Madrid, with excellent links to the capital (even on bank holidays!) The receptionists went above and beyond to be helpful to me and my son. My only gripes would be the solid bed that left me with backache on returning home and a very beige breakfast ( The nutritionist in me begs for less ultra processed options. ) Other than these, it would be worthy of a 5/5 rating!

    Booked a room via a 3rd party website stating the number of adults/children. Got a very cheeky response basically saying if we turn up with that number our we wont be allowed to stay. No offer to assist with amending the booking or anything. Booked another hotel down the road who did let 6 people stay in 2 rooms.........

    I stayed here for one night with a group. The hotel is quite a way from shops and when we arrived we could not get a lunch. We walked to a shopping mall about 1km away. The evening dinner arranged at the hotel was awful. It was cold and not at all appetising. The worst meal for a long time. on the positive side, the breakfast was OK and the staff were helpful.

    Small rooms, unfriendly staff (only pleasent for Spanish people), not recommend for families. After checking in we realized that the Holiday Inn would have been a better option, better price and reviews, near to shopping for meals and same distance as Posadas to Warner Brothers.
