15 single rooms and 140 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Excellent hotel, a true hidden gem

    We had an excellent stay at this hotel, it should be rated 4 star, not 3 star. I literally have no negative comments of any kind, everything was great to the smallest details. Location is perfect, very clean, quiet, comfy, and the price was very good too. We would absolutely return to this place. The staff was very nice and helpful even when our son needed ice for a leg injury. We travel a lot and it is honestly rare to find such nice places.     Front Desk staff super helpful and nice, especially Daniel! Upgraded our rooms :-)Room lovely with view of palace. Great location right by the palace and walking distance to the best parts of the city. The hotel lobby area a bit worn. Breakfast buffet very mediocre for the €.     Like everything in Spain you can get a surprise, standards can vary day to day. One day and depending on why you're there, seems 5 star and the next definitely 3 star, but I love it and know what to ask for AND look for and insist on it as a customer right. Spain can still not be big on customer rights although it is a tourist mecca. I love the setting.     Brilliant hotel. Staff accommodated my request carefully for a quiet room and it was - no noise at all. Great blackout blinds too was a bonus. Yes the decor may be a bit dated but everything was great from the shower pressure, cleaning of room to the Wi-Fi. The location was central and close to facilities.i cannot fault this hotel.     Really nice hotel near the centre. Rooms are spacious and spotless, and breakfast was excellent with a lot of tasty choices. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.
