Location

With its large boulevards, splendid plazas, palaces and renowned international museums, Madrid is one of Europe's most stunning capitals. Madrid is characterised by its intense cultural and artistic activity and vibrant nightlife.

Facility

The hotel has 50 suites and 100 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Little extras include slippers, daily paper and pillow menu. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, yoga and aerobics.     Loved my stay so much that I am naming it my favorite hotel in the world. The property is beautiful, the service unbeatable, the amenities top. If you like a hotel with top restaurants and bars, this is the hotel for you.

    I wont stay at a rosewood chain again after my experience here. Lots of issues and v poor complaints management. I raised several complaints but the complaints fell on deaf ears. First time ive had such a bad experience with a top hotel.     This is not a 5 star hotel. They advertise city retreat with city or garden view. The view from my window is the roof above the bar's outdoor sitting area. It is glass & yes, there are a few plants in the bar. This hotel's rooms are selling for$1,000- $1,500 to start. 2of 3 days there has been NO hot water. A tepid to icy shower, however beautiful, is a huge issue for me.The restaurant service is abominable. I was on a timeline and went to breakfast at 7 but barely made my 8:20 meet up time. It is a BUFFET! Initial service, menu, takes at least 10 minutes even when they are not busy. Coffee is another 10-15 minutes as is a coffee refill. The check is at least 10 minutes. Hot food is 20 minutes even when they are slow. You can't even order hot food when they are busy as the waiterss is nowhere to be found. SUGGESTION TO THE HOTEL- BUY ANOTHER COFFEE MACHINE!     It is always with composure that one observes, and only after due reflection that one speaks.During breakfast at Rosewood Villa Magna, several regrettable deficiencies became apparent. Coffee was presented with visible grounds remaining in the cup — an oversight that should not occur in any establishment professing excellence. Pancakes were served undercooked, not once, but twice, the interior unmistakably raw. Such repetition suggests not accident, but lapse in supervision.The poached vegetables — a preparation of admirable simplicity — arrived burdened with an extraordinary excess of salt. One is left perplexed that a dish so elementary could be rendered so unbalanced.Most concerning, however, was that dissatisfaction was not confined to a single table. Guests seated opposite were likewise engaged in discussion with staff regarding the preparation of their own order. It is never agreeable to witness fellow patrons compelled to question what should have been delivered with quiet competence.Luxury rests not upon grandeur alone, but upon consistency, discretion, and the faithful execution of fundamentals. When the simplest elements falter — coffee, batter, seasoning — the greater promise of refinement is inevitably diminished.One trusts that renewed attention to discipline within the kitchen will restore the standard befitting such a distinguished address.     My favorite hotel in the city! The location is spectacular, in Salamanca, next to the best restaurants and shops. The service is great, the room is very comfortable, pleasant and beautiful.
