    Moe than two weeks of a good stay

    I broke my hand before coming to Scout Hostel, and I have been there for more than two weeks. The Hostel Staff are all so smiley, helpful, and support-full. The reception team Nacho, Beatriz, Maria, and the others are so hard workers and so helpful. Angel, and Nell the housekeeping and kitchenettes are awesome and always smiling. The hostel toilets, showers, rooms, and dining services are so clean, calm and relaxing. The food are so good and on time service. I have really enjoyed my stay here, and strongly recommended this place.

    Unless you want to be in a residential area where everything closes at 8pm find a hostel that is closer to the museums. Also, I kept getting lost trying to find it at night. The place itself is clean and quiet, though.

    I have been there in July 2019 for 7 days with a BEST Madrid course, it is a great hostel, always clean tables, toilets, comfortable beds, enough space in rooms, great and friendly hosts, recommendations! :))

    I didn't have so good experience of the hostel. The showers and toilets were a bit dirty and really small. The atmosphere in the hostel wasn't inviting. Something good was a breakfast that was included. Maybe good for families with their own room. My experience of a shared room wasn't so nice.

    Pictures don't tell you how smelly it is

    Very smelly restrooms, all the time. And no it's not the smell of bleach or something similar. I really wonder how (often) the restrooms are cleaned.And unfortunately, the dorm rooms are on the other side of the row of restrooms, it means every time the dorm room door is opened even just for a few seconds you can smell everything.One hygienic problem can delete all other good points. Hope they will fix it very soon
