2 suites and 74 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     The worst expérience i have ever had ni à hôtel. Indeed it is not an hotel. No service. My room had a problèm suddenly in the evening With a big noise due to a heat machine failure. It was just totally impossible to sleep ! In a hôtel !Thé staff only answered they could not do anything.It was so cold and no heatNo hot water in the roomAt 1 o clock in the morning they suggest to change of room but no help! With all the luggage stuff in the room and i had an appointement in the morning !I stayed 3 nights, and they made the room the first day but not the second day !They did not offre me anything! I had to pay everything.For me it is theft !And the receptionist ( a woman) was more eager to cut me off saying they could not do anything than to listen to me. No empathy, no kindness, but only contempt and lies.Unacceptable !We were a group of 8 adults and everone Saïd that worse service it can not exist.     Good option for Madrid (travelling by car).

    We stayed at the hotel on a car trip to Madrid. The Hotel is near the highway and free parking at the hotel was easy.It was a goog option for the visit to warner Madrid, but it was a little far from it (+-15/20 min).The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also in good condition.Breakfast was good with all the basic options but not much variety.It has several services closer to him (gas station, etc - including a supermarket).Probably the correct rate is 3.5, but as it is not possible, 4 was given.

    All was very good with the exception of one thing. The air-conditioning wouldn't get cold to the degree setting I was putting it. Sleeping was doable but not comfortable, for me. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were very clean. There used to be tooth brushes in the bathrooms, but thei addres no longer there.

    the girl that organized the event was great, very easy to spray with and very cooperative.The food was amaizing, the place very spacious and The rice we ate on the terrace was spectacular.     Total rip off ! Lesson learned .

    My husband and I stayed here just one night , as he had a meeting close by . The room was not updated at all . We arrived late , and had no choice but to eat in the hotel restaurant . We feel as if we were raped by the waiter . We ordered one plate of ham , and one plate of cheese , and some bread . Our bill was 54 euro ! Our fault for not ordering the four course meal at 27 euro ! We asked for late check out as my husbands meeting would be finished at 1:30 ish . NO late check out . After checking out at 12 I went to the bar and ordered 2 coffees while waiting for my husband to return . 20 euros . Again a complete rip off .This is not our first or last trip to Madrid . But I promise it is our last to this hotel . Yuck yuck yuck !
