Location

This hotel is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, although close to the town centre. A range of restaurants, shopping venues, bars, nightclubs and links to the public transport network are located in the hotel's immediate vicinity. The property is around 30 km away from Madrid Barajas Airport.

Facility

6 junior suites and 42 double rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and an auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     What a gem of a hotel in a lovely part of Madrid.Amazing value for money and the best part of this outstanding experience were the lovely staff who were happy to greet their customers with a smile and welcome.Unusual to see in this day and age.I spend most of my time in hotels throughout the world but Silvia,Natalia,Iratxe and Oscar were exemplary with their customer service and a credit to the hotel chain.Congratulations to you all and thank you for making my stay wonderful and unforgettable .God bless you all Spencer Sercotel Pozuelo, Owner at Sercotel Pozuelo, responded to this review Thank you so much for your kind words, Spencer!     Isolated building, bad hotel

    A dark and smelly corridorThe room had not be aired for a long time, a terrible sewer smell coming from the bathroomit was impossible to sleep in these conditions, I gad to sleep with the window open, I was bitten by mosquitoes.At 5:30 the light woke me up, so I couldn't sleep anymore.In tge evening we tried to have dinner in the restaurant, the food was horrible and we left almost everything on the plate, we went to bed without eating.In a 4 stars hotel and at the price we paid :€240/night, they didn't ecen offer us a complimentary bottle of water.The parking is inconvenient, it has no communication through the hotel, it's in a adjacent building.     Great place to stay, do NOT eat here

    Nice quiet room. Very special. Great staff. The only downside is the food is literally not edible. The breakfast is cold and disgusting. I ordered a dinner that I couldn’t eat and has taken off the bill. Overall, great place to stay but terrible place to eat.     Good hotel

    We stayed here over the weekend of the Spanish Golf Open in Madrid. Well located for both the golf and Madrid City Centre was a good start. Room was perfect, nothing to complain about. We actually stayed an extra night and were happy to do so here. The staff were very helpful and in the restaurant also. For breakfast, the hot food just wasn’t hot enough in our opinion. This was the only niggle really. Fresh orange juice was great. I might do a separate review on the restaurant but in case I don’t, our only complaint is that apparently any tips added at our discretion, paid by debit or credit card, doesn’t go to the staff. Maybe in reply to this review, the hotel might clarify? The food in the restaurant was excellent. Apart from that, if we are back, we would not hesitate to stay here again.     An excellent experience at the Sercotel Pozuelo.

    What a great hotel! I had reserved a standard twin room, but I jumped on it when I was offered an upgrade to a junior suite for a reasonable increase. We had a lovely room with a couch, comfortable beds and linens, excellent pillows, and coffee service! The breakfast was generous- fresh fruit, coffee, cereal (real cereal! Not all sugar junk kids' stuff!), eggs, meats, juice, bread, and even salmon! A nice gentleman kept the dining area neat and the food replenished. When we checked in on Sunday afternoon, the woman at the front desk was pleasant, but the young woman who checked us out was lovely and very sweet. Plenty of restaurants in the area and street parking is free on Sunday. We were very pleased with the Sercotel Posuelo.
