This elegant hotel is just 5 minutes on foot from the Juan Carlos I exhibition centre. The vibrant city centre of Madrid, with its shops and cultural venues as well as numerous tourist attractions, is within easy reach using the convenient local transport networks, which are located nearby.

Facility

The hotel has 6 suites and 188 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop.     Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near the Airport

    We needed a hotel near the airport, and this hotel served the purpose perfectly. The room was clean, spacious, and had a huge bathroom with a great shower. The bed was clean and comfortable as well. The hotel also has parking, which made it perfect for us with a rental car. Overall, it is a very nice hotel for staying one night before heading to the airport.

    Lovely stay - was there for 2 nights . Breakfast spread was nice , nice spacious room and good location considering the places i had to go to . Some nice restaurants near by at walking distance .

    Comfort at the Edge of Madrid

    We got a regular room with a King sized bed. The room was comfortable with clean vinyl flooring. The bed sheets were comfortable. The A/C was working well. Had a good three nights of sleep. The bathroom is well appointed with two sinks. This was nice and was not expected. The front desk people were polite. One of them was helpful in providing us dining recommendations for Madrid. Breakfast was included in our rate. The buffet had sufficient variety with multiple versions of eggs: over easy, scrambled and hard boiled. I enjoyed the selection of prosciutto, ham, salamis, and breads. Two espresso machines are available for choices of shots, with milk, or cappucino. For transportation to the city center, the bus stop is a 4 min walk. Can take the bus all the way in, or get off midway to transfer to the subway. The lobby was nice with plenty of seating for lounging and waiting. The hotel didn’t provide tissues or complimentary water. I still had a good experience.     the hotel is good but the rooms are poor, it should be renovated and should have more facilities, the breakfast is good with some fresh juices but not alot of halal items.the brunches and snacks were good during the coffee break in the meeting, and there is a bus station 200 Meters that you can use to go to the center of the ity Atencion Cliente, Atención al cliente/recepción at Eurostars Puerta Madrid, responded to this review Dear Ahmed, Thank you for staying with us and for rating our facilites and services.     Completely over prized mediocre hotel. The rooms are old, spartanic and worn out. There is no complimentary water, coffee or tea. The bedding is very uncomfortable. Plus: the hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is close to the airport .
