    Very good location so close to Atocha station and walking distance to mostly everything. Our room was basic with small balcony. Make sure to check in online to get unlimited free soft drinks, teas and coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful, lobby smells wonderful.     Love this hotel near the Atocha train station. Staff were fantastic and a nice breakfast room for the morning. We stayed at the beginning and the end of our trip and would happily stay again.     Location was perfect - close enough to Atocha train station to walk with luggage. They have a luggage storage area for early arrivals. Also right in the heart of easy walking distance to the Reina Sofia Museum, Retiro Park, the Botanical Gardens, and the Prado Museum! The atmosphere is comfortable and unique. Rooms are very clean and have Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling (which are high, so even in the simple single room, I was not claustrophobic). The value is good, especially if you take advantage of the free drinks with online check-in. The rooms are quiet, even with the windows open - so important for a good night's rest! Service is exceptional! I can't say enough about the staff. Made us feel welcome and answered all questions!
