    All right, here’s the updated version:“I’m currently staying at the Homewood Suites in Grapevine, DFW, for a two-week business trip, and it’s been a disappointing experience. Cleanliness is a major issue: despite five days, I had to request cleaning, and even then, the room was still filthy. The hotel has stopped proactive cleaning due to COVID, but after a week, bed linens should be changed. The whole place feels old and in need of a deep cleaning and update. The tub didn’t drain, the Wi-Fi is unreliable, and the digital app key didn’t work for the laundry, which is also in a terrible state. What’s especially disappointing is that this is a Hilton property—a lower-priced option I chose because I trust Hilton standards—but this one just doesn’t meet those expectations. The breakfast buffet, supposed to start at 6 a.m., is never ready on time, which is a huge problem for my schedule. While the staff have been fine, I can’t recommend this hotel for a long stay. If I return to the area, I’ll look for other options.”

    Disgusting hotel with poor customer service

    Toilet got blocked and overflowed in the bathroom. Maintenance came to fix and said housekeeping would come and clean up/replace towels. We left at 10.45am and returned at 3pm - nothing had been done. I requested housekeeping and said we would be back later. 8.45pm and still nothing was cleaned/replaced. Front desk didn’t care and were quite condescending.Room smelled on arrival. Discovered dirty dishes in dishwasher. Went to use the dishes in the cupboard and discovered filthy food covered dishes. Water leaking in the fridge as well.Breakfast is poor with zero cleanup. Food on the floor in the eating area.

    Had trouble in checking in, room not ready at 4:30 PM though it was preselected; alarm went off at 1:20 AM waking up everyone; breakfast ran out of food and Coffee!

    Ok I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15+ years. I love the location. The pool area is nice and actually heated. The breakfast isn’t great, even for a hotel breakfast. I love the 2 room suites but the rooms definitely need an update. Hotel staff was very friendly. So, some pluses but some minuses also.
