  WORST HOSTEL ON THE PLANET

  DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL - IT IS A SCAM.1. Check in hours are 17:30 to 23:00. Even then nobody will be at front desk. The owner will text you on WhatsApp to ask when you’ll arrive. Then he will show up for 10 minutes to check you in. 2. Checkout is 11 am.3. You can leave your luggage only until 14:00. None of this information is prominent on the reservation pages or normal in the hostel industry. Their intention is to get paid reservations without actually providing any service. I had to book another hostel. Read the other reviews written by fellow travelers and STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

  Horrible check-in service. Poor communication and unhelpful staff members. Avoid staying in this hostel. These guys are only thirst for money. They even threatened to blacklist customers who write negative comments. AVOID.

  They destroyed our trip in Madrid. I booked two nights room in this hotel. Cuz our flight arrive Madrid at night, I sent a email to them said we gonna be there a little bit late, and I got no respond. We actrally arrived the place earlier than the time I told them. But the address shows wrong. The address them provide is another building, the hotel is in a narrow street cross the road. When we found the hotel there was no person in it. And nobody there can help us check in. Also the phone number they gave us was not working. We had to find a place where could let us stay at midnight, with us all cases. And it is so hard to refind a new hotel at downtown Madrid.And next day when I went to hotel trying figure out everything, they said they dont know our request about arrivel hotel later at the beginning, and the lady admit they actrally know the things soon. But already gave our room to other guests, even we paid all the fee for the room. And they refuse cancel the booking and nor any refund. They said they responded our email which is totally a lie. They don't! The only thing they will not hesitate to do is rob your money. They earn double money which they should not did. All they can do is just treat you like a fool. Don't booking this hotel if you don't want to be tricked!

  The location and price do well. Also a pretty nice room with balcony. Rather small, but more than enough for a short stay. My only problem was that it was quite difficult to find out how to lock all the doors... But the staff was super friendly and helped us with it. I was pleased.

  I have spent a couple of days in the hostel in October 2018. Unfortunately, I have arrived during the time when there was a conference in the town and was charged around EUR200/night.Well - that's enough or me to say that I will never visit the hostel again - I felt cheated and used. This quality for this amount of money? That's called a lie. Ricardo R, Gerente at THC Latina Hostel, responded to this review Dear DominikaWe appreciate your stay, but the accommodation and the price you choose.Prices according to which dates are high, we offered only what we announced, room with bathroom, free daily cleaning (if requested), flat TV, balcony, amenities, air conditioning cold heat.We understand that for you the room is expensive, but we do not lie in what we offer.We hope to see you on another occasion,A warm greeting wanted :-)
