  this hotel was so friggin tuff yo! the breakfast was so 67, and the beds were the perfect friggin size!! as a 41 year old, (93 days) I really enjoyed this experience. I really frickin loved how they would hand you a friggin packet of sugar yo, every friggin mornin! All in all, such a skibidi and sigma hotel.   Lovely hotel

  We stayed in The Level for four nights and it was fabulous. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area of the city, yet it’s a short walk to the nearest metro station (Cuzco) where you can get a train into the city.We were very grateful to receive an upgraded room on the 13th floor. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent!Breakfast was great each morning. Plentiful and varied to suit all tastes. The staff at breakfast were also great and took care of everything.The public ares of the hotel were very clean and the decor was lovely.Overall, our stay at The Level was great and I wouldn’t hesitate returning if I come back to Madrid in the future.Highly recommended!   Good hotel with nice lounge

  Stayed here for few nights while visiting Madrid with my doughter in Premium The Level room.We had the lounge access in our room and evening canapes + drinks and snacks during the day were good to have and staff there was wery polite and attentive.All in all the premises in the hotel were very nice looking (first floor areas, lounge, corridors, lifts etc) and everything worked well.   never fails to please

  I have stayed at the Melia Castilla on a number of occasions were I wrote one review to cover 3-4 stays a few months back and once again we were not disappointed. Well my stay got off to a great start when I went to check in online only to discover yes you guessed it an offer of a upgraded room to a junior suite as a birthday reward which was accepted with great delight and joy that finally I got that elusive birthday reward so it just goes to show hang in there and it will happen.As usual check in was first class. We had a early departure from Dublin 06.20, arrived in Madrid airport at 10.00. Thinking we were way to early to check in we decided to get the metro to the hotel to use up some time. We arrived at the hotel around 11 and to our surprise our room was ready which was fantastic and really set us up for a great 4 days in Madrid as we were able to have a power nap get up and still felt we had a whole day ahead of us. Just goes to show if they have a room ready they will facilitate. As usual our room was spotlessly clean, huge bed, pillows super comfy, bathroom clean and a lovely bath tube came with our upgraded room which my son thoroughly enjoyed every evening of our stay. I had originally booked 2 twin beds but our room had the one bed probably due to our upgrade. I quietly mentioned to the level reception around 9pm expecting the beds to be rearranged the following morning letting them know it was no problem and whenever suited them to change they immediately set about organising house keeping. Approximately 20 minutes later I returned to the room to get my phone charger and there was house keeping changing the bed and to there credit and I was so impressed that they asked me very politely to scan my key card. Well done house keeping.Breakfast is top class as ever with a choice for every taste. Plenty of hot and cold meats, a good selection of teas,coffes. juices. fruit, bread, jams in short I would love to sit down with someone who says they couldn't find anything they liked to eat.The level lounge once again did not disappoint an absolute gem of a spot to relax anytime of the day or night and once again the Melia staff were always there to assist with plenty of snacks, tasty dips, sandwiches, water, sodas and wine.On this trip we went to a match at the Bernabeu and the location of the Melia Castilla is perfect 10- 15 minute walk.There are 2 metro stations on different lines close to the hotel giving very easy access to the city centre.During my last stay I got talking to one of the reception/check in members in the level and I was telling him we were going to the Melia in Seville in September and it turned out he was from Seville and gave me a little in sight/few tips, thank you sorry I've forgotten your name but it shows you how friendly and courteous the Melia team are. On a side note I would highly recommended a visit to Seville for a 4-5 day trip combined with a stay at the Melia lebreros again a hotel that was so easy and the level so relaxing. I have booked a return trip in August 2025 at the Level Melia Castilla but I will defiantly return in May/June 2025 if not before. I have stayed here on a number of occasions over the last 7 years and I/we have always had a very pleasant stay which is why we keep coming back.
