In the upscale area of Gran Vía street, near Alcalá street and a few steps away from Cibeles Square, Bank of Spain and the City Council, this hotel is perfectly connected by multiple bus and metro lines and is only a few metres away from Recoletos Station.     Fabulous location, and outstanding service. We just spent four days at the principal hotel and it is a charming boutique hotel with very attentive service. We particularly appreciated Raphael at breakfast whose warm hospitality set the stage for a nice day. Sergio is also fabulous and makes sure every guest has an amazing experience in the restaurant. No request is too much and he goes out of his way with great care and kindness.     Great location and nice front of the house staff. Was a favorite to stay when I travel to Madrid-no more went to the terrace bar after I came back from a dinner at 10:50 and asked if I could get a drink, I was given a cocktail menu and told to sit outside, 15 minutes later nobody came so I go back to the bar and asked for the drink that I had chosen to be told that the bar was closed and couldn’t get it, after I complained that I had been waiting for 15 minute outside they agreed to make the drink for me only to wait another 15 and no drinks, finally I got up and went to the front desk to complain and ask till what time they were open to be told till 1am.
