    Had an absolutely amazing time at the Social Hub. Restaurant was fantastic, Andres the Server set the bar so high for all of our other experiences in Spain. Food was amazing, great vegetarian and gluten free options. Also hit the brunch, and David and his team were fantastic! So friendly, helpful and looked after us with great charm.Rooms were very creative, beautiful views with patios and well designed spaces. The hotel's team was so lovely, definitely recommend staying here!

    Central hotel, short walk to Gran via. Lovely room, great breakfast with lots of choices and the roof top space with pool was amazing on hot days. Would absolutely love to come back.

    The hotel’s location is a significant advantage, as it’s conveniently situated near all the historical sites. While it may be on the pricier side, considering the transportation fees, it becomes a worthwhile investment if you’re interested in visiting the main historical sites. I highly recommend this hotel.     Worth experience ever for business

    My room was extremely dusty, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel, especially one that claims to be 4-star. I will not return to this hotel. Considering the price, the rooms are very small, and the sink being outside the bathroom is impractical. It’s also difficult to work comfortably since the only small desk available is cluttered with snacks and unnecessary items for sale.Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for money. At check-out, after I had already mentioned my concerns during breakfast, they even attempted to charge me for drinks I never had.The atmosphere is modern and youthful, which is a positive point, but the hotel clearly lacks experienced management to truly deserve 4 stars at these rates.As someone who travels to Madrid several times a year for work, this was by far the worst experience I have had.
