Location

This elegant hotel is situated in the business centre of Madrid just 500 m from the congress palace. Countless shopping and entertainment venues are just a stone's throw away and many of the city's top sights may easily and quickly be reached by making use of public transport, which departs from a stop located a few paces from the hotel. It is well worth paying a visit to the nearest ski resort, which lies some 60 km away.

Facility

319 rooms and 14 suites are located on 14 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     More AC Than Westin

    The Westin Cuzco was originally an AC Hotel and perhaps it should have stayed as an AC as it did not meet the expectations I had of the Westin standard. It was well located and the staff were professional and attentive but the room was narrow and on a high floor and I expect there were others that were of a lesser standard. There was no meaningful recognition of Bonvoy status other than a higher floor. A relatively good hotel but not to what I expected of Westin. I gave it 3.5.

    Check in was friendly and I was upgraded to a nice suite.Most comfortable bed I've had in ages, including at home.Gym was small and not so useful, but OK. I could see it would be crowded during peak times.Breakfast was pretty bad. No eggs except those from the one guy who cooks them and it was very slow. Hot food was not hot and not nice. Breakfast room was crowded and ventilation of the egg cooking is poor. Bar was nice but service was hard to obtain. I usually have low expectations of European hotels and this one was actually better than most because the room was very nice.

    Excelent location for us, we visited Madrid to see the Real Madryt game and get to know the stadium. Everything in this hotel is in high level, since check in to the Womens who cleaned, everyone was really kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I Highly recomend this place and I'll be happy to Come back again

    The hotel feels pleasantly stuck in the early 2000s—in a charming and enjoyable way. It features a classic design that gives it character rather than feeling outdated. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety and high-quality options. While the bell service could use some improvement, the overall experience was very positive, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

    This the second time we stayed at this hotel (The previous time it was an AC hotel, also in the Marriott chain.) Our room on the 15th floor had a good view and was exceptionally comfortable. However we would suggest installing a door on the bathroom. Location is great, especially for people who use the metro. The Cuzco station is only a few steps away. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Personnel were helpful and professional.
