Location

The hotel is next to the Garena Plaza, a shopping and leisure area in Alcalá de Henares. Of all the towns in Spain, Alcala is the one which has marked the history of the country the most. It is also the hometown of the world famous writer Miguel de Cervantes. Its extraordinary architectural and cultural riches, as well as its reputation as the very first university town in the world, have led to its having being awarded the title of World Heritage City. Walking through the paved streets of the old town, means falling under the spell of the beauty of these places: Colegio Mayor de San Ildefonso, the university, Calle Mayor and Plaza Cervantes.

Facility

108 non-smoking rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     It has changed a lot and the only good thing is its location.     The hotel was lovely and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. It felt like a better home, honestly. Super cozy, super comfortable, super private too. I have social anxiety and I still had a really easy time getting help from the staff when I needed it, and I'm forever thankful for that.     The hotel was fab unfortunately the restaurant was closed for lunch and the check in was slow.
