    Rude staff that insult you and shout at you

    I dont recommend this hotel for extremely rude, cruel and disrespectful staff that is able to insult its guests and rise the voice on them! Thats just something beyond, from other world. Like this even in jail nobody talks to their guests. We had to leave it immediately and loose our reservation.     Excellent value on an excellent neighborhood.

    Great value on an excellent location. Very comfortable rooms that have been very well remodeled. Breakfast is offered, nevertheless, we chose to walk to the nearby Mercado de la Paz where Casa Dani is located. We stayed at this Hotel following a friend’s recommendation of a cousin that lives in Madrid and it was definitely worth it.We will be back.

    Truly a good hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The place is spotless and the furniture looks new. One can feel the eye for detail throughout the hotel, I enjoyed for example the nice selection of tea available in the room. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast which was not only delicious but very complete, from delicious pastries, breads to local touches (like tomato juice in small jars), selection of Spanish hams and cheeses. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

    I actually lived in this hotel for a month while in Madrid. The location is excellent. The staff was wonderful. It was so clean. July is really hot in Madrid and the air conditioning in my room was amazing. I loved returning to my room after touring in the heat all day. No complaints about the bathroom. The water pressure was great. Staying in a hotel for a month can go either way. I am so thankful that this stay went so well. It really made my stay in the city comfortable and enjoyable.

    Location, location and location!Extremely well placed boutique hotel. It’s not the Waldorf Astoria, but for this money and this value it’s all someone can ask for.
