    Central Location with Severe Noise Issues, Terrible for Light Sleepers.

    The location is excellent because it is right in the middle of the tourist attraction. However, we travelled as a family of 4 and were assigned to a room with 4 single beds with a balcony. It sounded great but the room was facing the restaurants down below. Even we are on the 3/F, the noise from late evening to 5 am made it hard for us to sleep. The worst part is, even after midnight to 5 am, noises still traveling up to our room. It was impossible for us to sleep as sudden burst of singing, laughter and loud noise would wake us up. After 5 am, you could then sleep because the restaurants downstairs would be closed. But as tourists, that's the time we would be up and out. We suffered from very little sleep for 4 nights straight. We couldn't leave soon enough! We asked the front desk to change rooms but they said there was no room that could accommodate 4 of us. All those 4-people rooms are facing the same side where the restaurants are. If you are a light sleeper like us, this is not the hotel you would like to stay.

    I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.However, there were a few things that could be improved. The bed was quite hard, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Also, there were no power outlets near the bed, so we had to look around the room to find somewhere to charge our phones, which was inconvenient.The breakfast was good and had a decent variety, but it would have been nice to see some halal options included.Overall, it was still a good experience, mainly because of the friendly staff and the quality of the hotel, but a few small improvements could make the stay even better.

    The hotel is pretty rundown and desperately needs an update. The biggest issue for us was the AC does not work, and it was uncomfortably hot at night and difficult to fall asleep. Will not recommend.
