Location

This business hotel is located in one of Madrid's business areas at the end of Paseo de la Castellana. Fuencarral metro station is around 1 km away, with which guests can reach the city centre in half an hour.     The staff members were friendly and accessible. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. I appreciated especially that the staff along with Juan Gabello from Asven Technologies took care to ship to my home address in the Netherlands some belongings I left behind in the room hotel.     You can never call this as 4 star hotel based on the size of the room! What a disappointment the room, with a minimum window and squeezed bed in the middle of the walls. the bathroom was ok with decent water flow and temperature, but in my room nor the television set or the security box were working. I had to ask for maintenance, which revealed quality control issues. In terms of location, all stops are equally distant: Renfe Station, subway station, bus stop. And finally a taxi ride to Barajas Airoport costed me the same 36 euros that a ride to central Madrid from the airport. The air conditioning was in good order, and the reception was friendly.     Hotel is great at hospitality

    We were in Madrid on a family trip in Dec 2023. The hotel staff is best. They were trying to walk the extra mile to ensure our requirements were met. The property is big and away from the crowd so you can enjoy the silence in the area. There is a big departmental store at 2 mins walk where you can get most of your daily needs. The hotel also provides free transportation to nearby metro stations while leaving for the airport. The only issue is the distance from the city center. It is convenient if you buy a Madrid travel pass so that you have access to the public transportation system. Otherwise, the closest metro station is a 13-15 mins walk, and the bus stop is a 5 mins walk.     Fantastic Hotel, fantastic service, lovely Rooms, lovely gym, close to supermarket, close to center of Madrid, super staff and nice flod and breakfast.     The top sheet on the double bed was for a smaller bed. As 2 people slept it made it very uncomfortable.In the early morning, around 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. we woke up to noises coming from another nearby room. They were male and female voices in an obvious state of being drunk. They argued, they spoke very loudly, they went in and out slamming doors. We called reception and they went up to warn them, however the noises continued until more than 6 in the morning. I do not know the applicable laws for the corona virus in Madrid and if this was happening was illegal. But I as a guest do not have to suffer this and you should have nipped it in the bud. Even calling the police.Lastly, very poor breakfast. When we got to breakfast at 10:00 am, there were only a few pieces of potato omelette, cut fruit, some cheese and Serrano ham. All in open trays with signs of being dry from prolonged contact with air. Given the corona situation, you should protect food from contact with aerosols.It is definitely a hotel that we cannot recommend and will not return to.La sábana superior de la cama de matrimonio era para una cama más pequeña. Como dormíamos 2 personas se hizo muy incómodo.De madrugada, sobre las 3:00 ó las 4:00 am nos despertamos por ruidos que venían de otra habitación cercana. Eran voces masculinas y femeninas en evidente estado de embriaguez. Discutían, hablaban muy alto, entraban y salían dando portazos. Llamamos a recepción y subieron a apercibirles, sin embargo los ruidos continuaron hasta más de las 6 de la mañana. Desconozco las leyes aplicables por el corona virus en Madrid y si esto que ocurría era ilegal. Pero yo como huésped no tengo porqué sufrir esto y ustedes tendrían que haberlo cortado de raíz. Incluso llamando a la policía. Por último, el desayuno muy deficiente. Cuando llegamos a desayunar a las 10:00am, sólo había unos trozos de tortilla de patata, fruta cortada , algo de queso y jamón serrano. Todo en bandejas abiertas con signos de estar seco por el contacto prolongado con el aire. Dada la situación del corona ustedes deberían proteger los alimentos del contacto con aerosoles.Definitivamente es un hotel que no podemos recomendar y al que no volveremos.
