    Excellent location. Close to restaurants, sites, shops, metro, etc. The staff are always helpful and welcoming, especially Jorge at the reception. The room is nicely designed, very clean and spacious. The bed and linens are comfy. So is the aircon. Stayed for eight nights on two seperate occasions during our last trip to Madrid. Will stay here again if we return to the city in the future.

    Impeccable hôtel experience. Super nice reception and staff, beautiful and very clean rooms and great central location in Madrid - still no disturbing city noises on this calm side street.

    I booked on their website (recommend for best rate) for a 6 night stay. I'd gladly stay here again. I thought value was fair.The staff were friendly and professional. Many of them spoke or understood English. Check-in was easy. The Superior room was comfortable, typical size by American standards and larger by European. The restaurant staff were friendly, and the calamari sandwich was pretty good. The location was convenient to the major art museums, the plazas and shopping streets in El Centro, and the restaurants in Las Letras without being on a noisy street. The nearby subway station, Sevilla, isn't the most useful for a tourist, but the next stop over is Sol, which is very useful. I only took a quick look at the rooftop terrace, a nice view but just a little cold when I was there.
