Location

The hotel is located right in the historic centre of Madrid between Puerta del Sol and Plaza de Cibeles. A few metres away are the government building Congreso de los Diputados and the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza. Other major museums and sights are a short walk from the hotel, as well as the commercial and tourist district, centring on the vibrant street of Gran Via. Close by there are is also a bus stop and Atocha railway station. Barajas Airport is approximately 15 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2024. 2 junior suites, 3 suites, 37 single rooms and 165 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a car hire service, room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Individually adjustable heating ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. A safe and a minibar are also available.     The most friendly staff you will ever meet, I stayed at Vincci Soho for 3 weeks April 2026, The front staff, Silvia always having a smile on her face and always willing to help, Sara, Marta and Nacho, take it upon themselves to make sure you are well looked after, very friendly polite always making you feel warm, welcome and more at home. Bianca who is a waitress, what a polite and friendly person she is, never a rainy day with her, always willing to help. I also watched Inma, who seems to have the memory of an elephant, pays attention to detail. Moreover the hotel is very central to a lot of places, restaurants, the park, the mall, the theatre, absolutely great. Ahhh before I forget, for the disclaimer, I don't work for Vincci hotels, nor any of their subsidiaries, or knew any of the individuals prior, and more importantly, I had never heard of Vincci Hotels prior to the booking, one more, I am not an influencer or getting paid for this, this is purely to share my wonderful experience with you all..     We stayed here – at the Vincci Soho Madrid – for five days over Easter 2026. A highly recommended hotel – very clean and with extremely friendly, attentive staff.     Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with good water pressure. Beautiful outdoor sitting area. Value is hit or miss - we checked in for $120 but to stay another night it was going to be $330...     Nice and centrally located hotel with friendly staff

    We stayed four nights in this excellent, centrally located hotel. All the sights in central Madrid are within walking distance, as are a number of places to eat.Even though we arrived at the hotel very early, we were able to check in straight away. We received a room upgrade: facing the street instead of the inside. The double windows in the room ensured that the noise from the street stayed outside. We were able to leave our luggage securely at the hotel both when checking in and when checking out. It was nice to be able to head back into the city for a while.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the same was true of the bathroom. The air conditioning in the room provided a pleasant temperature, which made sleeping on the wonderful bed even better.You can have breakfast from 5:00 a.m. The breakfast buffet is extensive and very tasty.If we visit Madrid again, we will definitely come back.
