    Perfect stay at Vincci Soma in Madrid. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. All the employees were very nice.

    Room was smelly, construction on floors with noise, no hot water in the morning. When i told the reception before checking out the reply was: yes we had a problem but now we fixed it.     Loved everything about this stay! The restaurant was a highlight, great atmosphere, delicious food, and such a nice place to unwind after a day in the city. Breakfast was also top, with plenty of options and really good quality. And a big thank you to Carla Bercedo (Guest Experience) for being so kind and attentive, she really made the difference.10/10 experience, can’t wait to come back!
