  Quiet Comfort with Great Service – Highly Recommend!

  I stayed at this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation, and it was a wonderful experience overall. It’s located in a quiet residential area, so it’s not in the heart of the tourist zones—but if you’re okay using public transportation, getting around is easy enough.The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary bottled water and a chocolate treat each day. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room had a full compact kitchen with a nice size fridge. Breakfast was generous and tasty, everything you need to start your day right. My only small complaint was the demeanor of the person overseeing the restaurant area; he always seemed a bit grumpy, which stood out compared to the otherwise warm service.Still, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Madrid. It’s a relaxing and well-run hotel that offers great value and comfort.

  The last night of our Trip

  My wife and I chose to stay here for 1 night prior to our flight home. Upon arrival we found that the parking garage was conveniently located under the hotel which is convenient, but also costs 20something euros a day. Upon entry the lobby was really nice and the check in process pretty easy. We got a room on the 5th floor facing into the courtyard which was nice. The room was beautiful and definitely felt pretty upscale and modern. The room had everything you needed and extra in case you forgot something. The only problem we had during our stay was all of the noise coming from the adjoining room with a shared door. The only thing we heard late into the night was some guy yelling at his kids. It sounded like we were in the same room. I will never understand why hotels don't do more to sound proof adjoining doors. There must be a method. Overall it was a decent stay minus the noisy neighbors. If you can help it, get a room without a shared door in-between.

  Big rooms, close the metro, good stay

  The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and bigger than we expected. We had booked the room for 3 people, so they had pre-made the sofa cum bed so we could rest as soon as we checked in which was great. The room was also equipped with with a kitchenette with a stove, chimney, microwave along with with plates, bowls and cutlery. While it’s a little further from the main city centre it is very close to the metro station making its convenient. The staff was helpful and welcoming, the service was good and the staff also gave us some good tips on how to plan our day. They also had a good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

  Our stay at this hotel during our first visit to Madrid for a conference was truly exceptional! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. We were especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by Raul and Paul. From offering excellent restaurant recommendations to making reservations at local eateries and shops, they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. They even assisted with carrying our luggage to our room, adding a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and incredible staff.   Huge room, location has pros and cons

  We chose to stay in this hotel for our first visit to Madrid after reading reviews and struggling to find many decent options in our budget that were closer to the action. Its a very nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was huge. The double bed is actually 2 beds pushed together, so you might find yourself falling down the hole in the middle :) The location is very quiet, we couldn't hear a sound in our room. There is a subway station very close y but it is a little deceiving as you have to walk about another 10 minutes once inside to get to the platform, as we found to be the case quite often in Madrid! Just something to bear in mind. If you have stayed in Madrid before then this could be a good option if you want peace and quiet. For me personally, I would prefer to sacrifice the size of the room and stay a bit closer to the action next time and I would recommend this for a first time visitor. The subway will get you anywhere you want to go, but we found we were spending more time travelling than we would have liked. But it depends where in Madrid you want to go. Also, please get some smaller coffee cups in the room to use on the coffee machine as the current ones are very big and barely fit! Otherwise, very good hotel.
