Great Hotel, great location.

Just returned from 4 nights stay, room 305 overlooking the street.Contrary to some people's reviews, I found the sound insulation very good, and the room was quiet at all times.Reception staff were friendly and efficient, the elevators worked fine.The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed our stay there.There was a coffee machine in the room, with 2 free coffee pods, it seemed that if you wanted more you had to pay for them? We bought a box from Carrefore and took what we didn't use back home. We weren't keen on the glass door to the bathroom, fine for us as we are married, but not very private if you aren't. The hotel, as others have said, is very close to the metro, shops and a plethora of restaurantsIn conclusion, this is a very nice hotel in a decent location with good staff. We would recommend it if you are staying in Madrid. .

We staied in Madrid for a weekend and we couldn't have a better experience in there.The hotel is luxurious and very, very clean.The personnel in there are really attendant.The hreakfast is excellent full of food and with plenty of options to choose.The restaurant has huge variety of food to choose.

We went to watch Man City v Real Madrid, the hotel is about a 20 minutes walk away from the stadium so ideally located. It is extremely close to the Metro station so getting about the city is a breeze. The hotel is very nice, clean with friendly staff, they always said hello and nothing was too much trouble. We had a twin room, which admittedly looked slightly smaller than the photo's, but was immaculately clean and well maintained. The twin beds themselves were very spacious, approx 4ft wide. Breakfast was limited but sufficient to start the day, the waiting staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive, the room very clean.

First of all: the staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful. All of them. My room was very clean and quiet. Very good breakfast (I don't eat much so there was plenty), again in a very clean environment. Close to the Cuatro Caminos Metro and about 30 minutes from the airport. Great hotel. I didn't pay for it so I can't say anything about its value.

Perfect option for visiting the University campus

Very good hotel. Wide rooms with coffee maker, fridge, wide closet, wide bathroom. The breakfast had a variety of sweet and salad options. It has a garage with a large entrance. It is very close to the underground. Walking distance to the University campus. The weak point is wifi did not work at all. I would prefer a shower instead of a bathtube, especially because the tubescreen is small (not covering all the tube). I also recommend regular sheets instead of a duvet because you cannot regulate the temperature easily. If you cover you sweat, if you do not, you get a cold.
