    Zenit was a nice place to stay in Madrid! It was comfortable and in walking distance to public transportation. What really made our stay exceptional, were the front desk/ concierge team! Sandra, Mila, and Ceci went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful! They gave us insight on the cool places to go, and even helped us make reservations to places we wanted to visit!     Good, but could be better

    It’s an average hotel with areas of potential improvement. The location is good within walking distance from touristic area (40 minutes on foot). Also, it is easy to get there from the airport by bus. The bathroom was modern and all required items were included. The staff were polite and could speak English. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so no comment on that. The room itself was smaller than usual and the bed was smaller than beds in normal 4 and 5 star hotels. Also, there is no sauna or jacuzzi at the hotel. Overall, it’s a good choice to visit madrid as a tourist if the downsides are not that important to you.

    Modest hotel in a fairly good location near shops, restaurants etc. It was quiet and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We walked quite a bit around this area and at no time felt unsafe. We would recommend this hotel as it was within walking distance to local attractions.

    The location is excellent, two subway stations very close, fast the check in, we arrived early and they had a room ready for us, the rooms super clean and modern, whoever hates the morning sun to sleep a little more, this is the place, they have great curtains that don’t let a ray of light to enter.The bathroom was comfortable, a good closet, the mattress and pillows perfect. The breakfast super complete with many choices to pick.

    Stayed 2 nights in Zenit Abeda. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Receptionist and restaurant staff especially. Quality of the hotel is fine. Cannot fault it. Clean, safe and location is pretty central with metro access. Rooms itself are dark, no natural lighting. slight prison feel to the rooms as a result. Food in restaurant downstairs is average. I personally would try to eat in the city instead of the hotel. Didn't overly enjoy our meal there as meat quality was pretty poor.Overall pleasant stay without being too luxurious.
