    Rooms extremely noisy. Very small rooms, no space to walk around the bed even. Restaurant has limited choices and limited capacity.     Good location but really loud

    The location was great really close to the metro station.One the first night there was loud banging noises and a high pitched squeak until around 5am. I’m not too sure if this was due to the elevator as it was being fixed. The pillows were so uncomfortable and the room was very dusty. Apart from that the room was fine. We was woken up at 9am on a Sunday by the cleaners and told them we didn’t need the room cleaning yet. We got late check out and the cleaners knocked on the door 8 more times. After the 4th time we locked the door and we left at 2:30 as we felt they was rushing us. It could be due to the language barrier but having to say no 8 times is ridiculous. The hotel staff should have communicated that check out wasn’t until 3pm. If you value your sleep I would recommend staying elsewhere.     Absolutely lovely hotel, we are there right now! Spotlessly clean, no noise whatsoever, I don’t know where some of these reviews are coming from! it is very quiet, breakfast is just lovely, nothing is too much bother at all! The Metro is literally five minutes walk away, reception are very friendly, one thing I would mention is that we had a burger in the restaurant, which was still pink and not very nice!     Fantastic hotel all-round but better soundproofing needed

    Overall a very pleasant stay! Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices of both food and drink, including snacks and hot drinks. The rooms were spacious, comfy and cleaned to a very high standard as well which was great! The only reason for the star reduction is that the walls are paper-thin which means that any & all sounds can be heard outside the room. We were woken up several times really early by conversations outside/next door and banging. Overall though, a great experience!     Rooms are very clean, 24 hrs reception service. bathroom great space and hot water. Breakfast is good and Felipe was a great host. Bar service was excellent.. great location we was able to walk out to the Metro very quickly and do our own tour.very easy to do it.
