  Very nice hotel

  Very pleasantly surprised how trendy and welcome this hotel was. The bedroom was quite stunning with a very comfortable bed and it was extremely clean. As was the bathroom. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. It was constantly replenished. Staff were very friendly and the only drawback was that the shuttle was only available morning and evening.   Good hotel, but far from the airport

  Stayed here for one night in January 2026.Pros:1) The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean.2) The front desk is operational 24 hours and the staff was quite courteous and helpful.3) There is an ATM right at the lobby.4) The check-in/check-out process was smooth.5) There is underground paid parking available at the hotel.6) The WIFI was free with good speed and connectivity. 7) The tariff was reasonable.8) The place was quiet at night and the sleep quality was great.Cons:1) The location is not very close to the airport and is especially difficult to get to from the airport. There aren't many restaurants close to the hotel. If the location was more convenient, I would have given it 5 stars.   In general the building itself looks nice and modern, but is it worth the money? Not so much. As much as I understand it is only 2* hotel, it would’ve been nice to have at least tea/coffee station in the room. My room had really odd smell like aired out portable toilet, one pillow per person is not enough especially if they are not comfortable to sleep on. The Aircon didn’t really work, when I entered the room it was 23°C, I changed it to 20°C and by the morning it was 22,5°C, for those who likes to sleep in room temperature it might be a bit tricky. The breakfast (€15) was lacking in fresh vegetables which is a miss. Restaurant that uses the breakfast area could have had a bigger portions (10 fries coming with a burger is a bit ridiculous) although burger was good, but for again €15 is a bit too much. If you wish to make yourself a tea there’s no place for it, cause they do not have tea bags next to their drink dispenser machine in the lobby. For hot water the machine charges €2.50 - which is extortionate. In conclusion, if you want to pay for literally everything separately you will do better by choosing the hotel from competing well known brand that is located next door.   Lovely 1-night stay for layover in Madrid

  Just for one night as had a layover in Madrid for travel the next day to Panama. For a 3-star hotel it's very modern, nicely equipped, and the only thing missing in the room was a mini fridge. The stay included breakfast, a buffet which was good enough with some options where you can enjoy from as vegetarian and vegan. They also have a shuttle bus to the airport Barajas for € 5 which is ok, not for free as with most of the hotels worldwide, but given the price, it's doable. For a next possible layover, definitely stay there again.   Least favourite Hotel of our 2 week tour

  Stayed here while part of a tour. Rooms were tiny but sufficient. Hotel seemed understaffed and unable to cope with volume of customers. Staff were slow and unhelpful. Breakfast was the worst of our entire trip. Hotel is not close to any amenities so you will need to take a 15 minute taxi or Uber ride.
