Location

This hotel is located directly in the tourist centre of Alcudia. An abundance of shops and cultural venues are located in the immediate vicinity and it is just 250 m to the sandy beach. There are restaurants, bars and public transport extremely close to the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 104 apartments, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (for a fee) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including volleyball, a gym, a spa, a sauna and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. Breakfast and a comprehensive dinner buffet are served every day. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. In addition, picnics and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Can't fault this hotel: 5 mins walk from beach, clean spacious apartment, shops and restaurants nearby, great pool. WiFi is free. Pool table needs euros. Cleaners are great.Top tips:* GO SELF-CATERINGThere's a Lidl and loads of spars nearby. Spar opposite does fresh bread every day.* RESTAURANTSAvoid Luna's, but try Syrah and Indian Fusion. * MOSQUITOSWe didn't bring mozzy spray but there were a few bites at night.* ENTERTAINMENTThe guy from the animation team is great with kids around the pool. ⚽

    Raw chicken - Bad manager

    Extremely disappointed with how a serious food safety issue was handled at the hotel restaurant.We were served visibly undercooked chicken and had already eaten a significant amount before realising - including my 5 year old son, as I initially believed it was pork due to the colour and texture. Only after eating more myself did I realise it was supposed to be chicken.We immediately reported it and showed clear photographic evidence. The waitress' just threw their arms in the air as if to say "What do you want me to do about it?". While the reception staff were polite and sympathetic, the manager’s response was shocking. He offered just €10 compensation on a €50 meal despite acknowledging the issue, then walked away and left reception staff to deal with the complaint who could only say "We were only authorised to refund €10".Mistakes in kitchens can happen. Serving raw chicken is serious enough on its own, but the dismissive handling afterwards was what really ruined our confidence in the hotel. We were left worrying for the rest of the holiday whether we or our child would become ill from food served by the hotel itself.The most frustrating part is that this could have been resolved professionally with a fair refund and a genuine apology. Instead, we were made to feel like we were being unreasonable for complaining about unsafe food.Take this as a warning - if you do have issues expect to be left dissapointed with the resolution.

    Excellent location close to the stunning beach of Alcudia. Hotel was quite, well organised and clean. The staff were great too. Perfect for family holidays and couple's. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.
