    Excellent location, needs a bit of an update

    The apartment was large and spacious, we found it very difficult to get into the building very early in the morning. All details have to be put into a screen outside and the key drops but its very difficult and we only managed to do it when a young man came out of the building by coincidence and gave us some help. The apartament has lovely views from the balcony, its quite shabby inside, needs a bit of tlc but it was clean, had a great bathroom with shower, plenty of wardrobe space and a large comfortable bed.There was no kettle so we had to boil water in a saucepan for hot drinks. The apartament was cleaned regularly. All in all it was fine, not at all luxurious but in a great position near the old town which is fabulous.One problem is there are no staff, no receptionist so any problems you have to email the owners

    Excellent location near the castle/fortress with great views from the 3rd floor or higher. Self check-in on the touch-screen computer was a bit challenging but the manager was there to help. The 2bd unit was spacious, very clean, and offered great value for the price. The beds were just ok being firm yet bouncy and the linens were clean. The only downside was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom that lingered throughout the unit and road noise at night.

    We stayed for 1 night on a Saturday to explore Alcudia Old Town and visit the Sunday Market during our holiday to Majorca. The apartments are 10 steps away from the Old Town so fantastic location. Spotless and everything needed. Very quiet considering location to Old Town. Only complaint is they need to supply a kettle for the kitchen. Alcudia Old Town is beautiful must see.     This is a very good place, great space and comfortable rooms and AC. Very clean, well located and center. No concierge to open access to apartments so… you must go to closed hotel to check in. No WiFi connection available, we never were able to connect even WiFi info available.

    Perfect for the money

    I booked this apartment for just 1 night as I was visiting Alcudia for the market and thought I’d spend the night. For the money I have 0 complaints. It’s nothing fancy but The room was spotless, staff was friendly who checked me in and the location is literally in the centre of the old town. I also left something in the room after I checked out and the cleaner left it behind the desk for me to collect on another day. Il 100% visit again for an over night stay next time I’m in Alcudia.
