Location

This stylish hotel is located directly in the marina with a sublime view of the Bay of Alcúdia. Although the hotel itself is in a secluded and peaceful location shops, restaurants and lovely bars are just a hop, skip and a jump away. There is direct access to a small beach suitable for bathing and another expansive, sandy beach is just 100 m away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 106 rooms located in a 2-storey main building and an auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, golf and fishing are available. Water sports available at the hotel include windsurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, snorkelling, diving and water aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Half board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Lovely stay at this hotel, location is brilliant. Feel very safe in this hotel. Food was good at breakfast so we ate one evening very nice. Housekeeping was good, nothing too much trouble. Reception very helpful and approachable. Nothing negative to report at all.     We have a boat in the marina and use the hotel probably 3 or 4 times a week for drinks and to watch the cabarets.We cannot fault any of the staff, they are all excellent from the reception to the management to the bar staff and servers. Always pleased to see us with big smiles and now even hugs. I have watched how they react with some clients who can be difficult and it is always with the utmost respect and care. It’s a shame though that some can be rather belligerent and rude!     It took one employee to ruin 17 happy stays at this hotel. The dictatorial email management of our booking, spoilt a 20 year relationship. Goodbye.
