    German hotel, from the old days

    German hotel, no real life but made in Germany. No emotions just business. You have to order your food or drinks, otherwise nothing happens. Befell ist Befehl. If you are friendly nothing happens. The buffet is everyday the same, there are some exemptions but if they fail you will get the same exemptions the next 3 days. Never again never never, unless you are German of course.

    We enjoyed our wonderful holiday there. The hotel was well equipped. They had a nice outdoor pool and also an indoor pool and spa. They also offered other activities like tennis and had an animation programme. Due to the pandemics, no excursions were offered. The access to the beach was easy. The beach was not equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, so we had to buy one. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

    Really enjoyed our time here. Food was great. Amazing access to the beach. Amazing view from room. It was one of our best holidays in a while. Staff were really helpful also and entertainment was awesome. Especially Jessie!!! However beware it is 99% German guests. And we had alot of issues with rudeness. For example stealing sun loungers. Pushing us out of way to watch shows and general bad looks. We did not let them spoil our fun and relaxing. Would definitely come again for establishment, location and staff. Many thanks

    Most people are german, some spanish, yet minor part of dutch and polish. Hotel is 100% family one. If children annoy you, it is not for you. Some part of older people, usually they come as grandparents. This is definitely not hotel for yougth.Hotel has really good restaurant and all life is built around eating. You have no chance to be hungry during the daytime. Children love it. For family hotel it is really excellent.Beach is public but with good exit (actually 2), If you have things like rip currents location allows to find safe place after about 30 mins walking into the Alcudia direction. Please reserve money for equipment on the beach, about 12 Euro per day. This is dark side of beach being public. As far as I understand this is just Spain specifics.Please reserve 10 Euro per beach towel (deposit) and be known 1 Euro is charged when you change the towel. Fair enough.Wifi is paid. 20 Euro per week per device (actually you can transfer despite it is 'said' to be prohibited - probably they just don't want to explain how it works for every non-technical person). On Mayorka you have not so much options because of mobile internet specifics.Children animation is 100% german and a bit 'german style' if you understand me. Comparing to what is available in Turkey or Egypt it is a bit weak. Activities have 1 week cycle, everything is planned, playground is near the road. But usually children have enough things to do without animators so let say this is the place to improve.Rooms are reasonably well and have enough space. Noise isolation is a bit weak but as I sad before main part of hotel are families so tolerance is a must anyway.I have found pools a bit colder than I'd like but children like it. In addition beach is really child friendly (enough shallow water) so you always have choices.Overal impression is really good. People who are german have yet probably good for them children animation, others should not count on it.

    Hotel quite pleasent, but my backpack with iPhone and money, room card and safe key was stolen at the pool when I left for a drink to a pool-bar in the middle of the day. The situation was very stressfull for me as there was no help from the hotel stuff. I had to make them open my safe to check if the rest of my valuables were safe and secure. It took me 2 hours to persuade them to do so and an Alltours resident had to help me with that by phone. Hotel's only concern was a lost safe-key (normal metal key). The next day they reported the situaltion to the police and their only words were that thanks to this I will not have to cover the cost of the key. No sorry, no excuses. They said that it was the first time this season, which I really don't believe. They have no secure cameras, nor the stuff that will check if anyone from the outside is coming to hotel and pool. So I was really, really dissapointed with this attitude beacuse otherwise hotel seemed a nice place to stay, but after this accident we didn't feel very safe any more.
