Location

This eco-hotel is situated in a lively area, only a few steps from the sandy beach, right in Paguera. From here it is very easy for beach holidaymakers, active holidaymakers, families, young people, singles and nature lovers to embark on an exploratory tour and get to know the area better.

Facility

The hotel was renovated in 2023. 92 rooms, including 2 single rooms and 83 double rooms, are available to guests in a 6-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. In the air-conditioned hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and adjustable central heating. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Some units offer a beautiful sea view. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Amenities in the bathrooms include a shower. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 6 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes Nordic walking and jogging. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and tennis. Water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and parasailing are organised by third-party operators. Sports options available to guests include table tennis or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). Half board can be booked. Breakfast and dinner offer culinary delights every day. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and whole, unprocessed foods can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers picnics. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    My First holiday in Spain.

    This was my first holiday in Spain 21 Years ago and until now still have a wonderful memory of our stay in this Hotel which is located close to the beach and wonderful views to the mountains.It was just 3 star Hotel ,but it has all necessary facilities to make us comfortable.We did have fine quality performances of entertainment each other day.The restaurant had a very good selection of foods ( Half board Buffett) .We re-visited this Hotel October 2013 and found that the hotel to be even better than when I was there 21 years ago.I would highly recommend this Hotel to all holidaymakers looking for quiet restful HolidayMarina C

    quiet good qaulity hotel

    We had been to Pageura before and chose this hotel as it was central, although in a quiet location and had a sea view. The hotel was mid priced for the area and proved to be of good value. It is three star however has good qaulity rooms (although small) with air conditioning. We were given a requested room with a stunning sea view. The whole hotel is very clean and well kept with rooms cleaned every day. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of some of the restuarant staff, a downside was the way we were shown to shared table by a surly staff member and had to have the embarasment of stating we would rather sit on our own (the expectation is you will keep the allocated table for the whole of your stay), the restaurant is crowded and small for the size of the hotel and it seemed you had to be favoured to gain the best seats by the window, we were squeezed by a wall very close to other tables including a number of noisy young children, meal times were not relaxing and this wasnt helped by the number of people all trying to get food at once from the buffet. There was generally something you could chose each night, however I was bored with stews of various kinds and constantly having eggs for breakfast. The bar prices were high in relation to other bars in the resort and there was only entertainment on four times in the two weeks we were there, this varied in qaulity from flamenco to some poor qaility singing. The pool area is very pretty and despite there being few sun beds it was rarely crowded.The whole hotel has an air of calmness which we like and this is the general feeling of the whole resort, this being mainly a german holiday resort, there is no rowdiness, you do however need to accept that english are very much in the minority and you are rarely spoken to, we dont mind this as we chose to keep to ourselves on holiday however as we stayed for two weeks, we needed to spend some time out of the resort at Santa Ponsa where it is more British and lively.It is very difficult to beat the beaches in this resort and this is mainly why we love it so much. Please note that portable sun loungers can be hired very cheaply from a shop close to the Cupidor Hotel and this works out much cheaper than hiring those at the beach.

    Location of the hotel in the middle of everything. 4 stars for the reception area and for the breakfast. 3 stars for the room and the pool area.Cleaning is good.The majority of the guests are germans and the staff is german speaking (besides spanish).Parking space is limited.

    Lovely clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Pool area is so green and tranquil. Staff are welcoming, helpful and professional. Near to beach but away from the noise of the front. Lots of special attention for guests, well organised restuarant with a good selection of food, the whole hotel has the look and feel of being well cared for and the late check-out is a bonus. Loved our stay here.
