    We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly and welcoming.Some reviews mention the rooms being too small but we felt it was the perfect size.Room was cleaned daily.My only complaint about the whole holiday was the location of our room. It was on the 4th floor (fine) and had a wonderful view of the lake! However, it was positioned over the hotels service area. This meant bin collections and deliveries at 12:30am and 6:15am. And 2 nights of the week even 3am! Unfortunately the balcony doors have no sound proofing at all. This was really disruptive to our sleep. I'd like to be able to sleep longer than 6 hours and unbroken when on holiday.After the 3rd night, I went to the pharmacy and purchased some nytol and ear plugs which did the trick! So I did not feel the need to request a room change. However, this does need to be addressed by the hotel as I'm sure we were not the only ones affected by this. And it very nearly could have spoilt what otherwise was a fabulous holiday. Im very grumpy on broken sleep 😂 We spoke to other guests who were closer to the lake or had a pool view and they had no problems at all with noise. I realise we were just unlucky with our room allocation. We would return to this hotel but would pay extra to secure a pool view.Aside from the above, the hotel was great! Beautifully clean, pool area was lovely and relaxed. The pool bar was fab with it's choice of snacks each day, meaning we didn't have to go to the restaurant. The breakfast, lunch and dinner sittings were busy but the restaurant didn't feel cramped. They had a good selection of food and never had an issue finding something we liked.All inclusive drinks were on the whole good, although I wasn't a fan of the cocktails. Obviously pre made mixtures which were very sweet.The beach is across the road. The hotel has a beach bar which was amazing! You have to pay for sun loungers, but you could always just take a towel if you weren't fussed about a lounger. But the beach bar meant you had somewhere close by to grab a drink or a snack. They also had toilets which was a godsend! We spent a few days down on the beach purely for the convenience of the bar. Location wise There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants around the hotel. It's approximately a 25 min walk to the port (with shops and bars along the way) We walked to alcudia old town and back. Was about 45 mins each way. Overall a great hotel which I will be recommending (just with a pool view)!Fabulous holiday had by us!

    Hotel has great facilities: good poiol area with plenty of shade if wanted. Pool bar and eatery is very good and always clean, with a decent range of snacks. This is replicated by the Beach Bar right beside the beach (which is great for families as the slope into the sea is very gradual. Entertainment was good with a decent variety and similar for the food. Staff were friendly and attentive and everywhere was kept spotlessly clean. The one disappointment is that the rooms are very small with limited clothes storage space. In addition the space there is is not long enough to hang dresses, which had to hang outside the wardrobe door.

    This hotel is very beautifully located, the food is tasty and the rooms are kept clean. We come here again and again and the experience is always excellent.
