    Friendly staff, great food, perfect location. Room service daily, clean rooms. Didn’t have a kettle in room but we knew this beforehand so bought our own but delighted to have a complimentary fridge mini bar (soft drinks) in room too.     Amazing experience. This is where we always stay at christmas. Great location, super friendly staff, great food and drink. The hotel lounge area has been updated and looks fabulous. We will back next christmas.

    Awful night's sleep: air conditioning did not work and room heated to 28 degrees! TV was intermittent and most often did not respond to remote. Bed was sloped at an angle. Uncomfortable and poor sleep.Go elsewhere!

    The location is good, close to public transport, a quiet area on the second row, but close to the sea.Excellent staff, lacking some facilities and services within the hotel, but you feel comfortable and relaxed.
