    Overall Hotel very good. Facilities, location and room all good. Spotlessly clean and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet excellent, evening buffet not quite so good. The only downside is the noise from aircraft as hotel is close to the airport. However this was not too intrusive.     Good Hotel

    Stayed here for one week, 27 March until 3 April. Check in by David was very good, he made us feel very welcome. Our sea view /pool view room 327 was quite compact, room 327, great view, very clean, comfortable large bed, fridge, iron provided upon request. Good hairdryer but in the bathroom, lovely rainfall shower. Not enough lighting in the bedroom. The air conditioning did not work, apparently not until the outside temperature is higher. The food variety was really good, the food was hot and the restaurant staff were very efficient and friendly both during breakfast and dinner, the restaurant was maintained extremely well, no dirty tables, top marks to the restaurant staff.The main pool was closed during our stay and there was work being done to what looked like a new patio area, the work was noisy, it did not bother us as were out most of the day and it looked as though it would be finished in the near future. The rooftop pool was open, a lovely and quiet area to sit and relax with fantastic views. The entertainment was good but loud, finished about 10.30pm so not a problem. The hotel has 2 lifts which were fairly efficient. The hotel is at the end of the resort so about a five minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. Turn right out of the hotel and right again and there is a lovely walk through a nature reserve to the next resort, it is lovely with a fantastic beach, Platja Ciudad Jardin, about an hour and half stroll, well worth a visit along the coastal path. The aircraft noise did not bother my husband, however, I heard it until 1am in the morning and then from as early as 5am, so if you're a light sleeper you will hear the aircraft noise, that is the only thing I did not like as the aircraft noise did disrupt my sleep.We would recommend visiting Palma city, the Palma city bus tour and the Palma fish market where there is fantastic tapas available. A taxi to Palma cost between 18 and 20 euros. Palma aquarium is also very good, although expensive to visit. The beach in Can Pastilla is really good and very long, the promenade is a lovely place to stroll along, can recommend Gran Sabor bar and restaurant. We would recommend the hotel, the staff are excellent, the food is very good, drinks prices reasonable and all areas of the hotel are very clean.Thank you for an enjoyable stay.     Such a lovely hotel! Staff were so friendly. Bar staff were brilliant and nightly entertainment was really good. Breakfast was varied and plentiful . A bonus for us was to meet doggies regularly around the hotel!! My husband celebrated his birthday while we there and they left cake in our room while we were out. Such a lovely gesture.
