Location

The hotel has a lift and features 26 single rooms and 128 double rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing.     It was a good hotel breakfast was slightly different with a good selection not too busy at all. Staff were helpful helped me with nearby shops and busses. Pool was quiet but big enough drinks by the pool not too expensive. Over all good hotel for the price would stay again

    There was a blood stain on the wall and a stain of something else on bed sheets. We paid an extortionate price per night for the service received. Their policy includes no daily housekeeping or change of towels neither until after 2 days - this and what follows leaves me bewildered as to how they can charge the rate they do. No plugs close to the bed. No fridge in the room. Just the absolute basic amenities. One flat pillow each in the room and was unable to be provided another until the next day due to our late check in (late flight) and no staff available to retrieve extra pillows - heads up, if you check in late, the man at the desk can only check you in and provide no further support. The surface of the shower was also slippery (perhaps due to cleaning products used) and a hazard to those with poor stability. Tried to call reception about our air con on our last night and realised that the receiver was detached from the cable of the phone which also did not fit the receiver at all. Unsure why this place is highly rated by others as it certainly was not our experience!

    Nice hotel with good value for the money

    The hotel is in a great location, which made our stay very convenient. It has been recently renovated both outside and inside, and we were pleasantly surprised by how fresh and modern it looked. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spotless, and from our window we even had a partial view of the sea – a lovely bonus! The water pressure was always good, and the room stayed pleasantly cool day and night, which was perfect during the hot weather.The only thing I would improve is the breakfast. The taste was a bit plain for me, and the juices seemed to be made from powder, which was surprising.Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good value for the money, and I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

    Very clean hotel, nice breakfast, helpful polite staff who work very hard. Great pool, opens at 10.30 till 6.30 no trouble getting sun loungers and only 5 mins to the beach. Near shops and eateries znd bars.

    I really enjoyed the pool area even though some construction noise was present. I liked the fact of walking distance to beach, shops and transport links.My hotel room unfortunately was on the street near the 24/7 kebabs shops this made for a lot of noise and the smell of food got into my clothes.I think even if I’d got a different room the walls are thin so I don’t think it would have made too much of a difference.I found the staff to be helpful and polite. Would I stay here again? … no. If had soundproofing then yes I’d happily book another holiday at this hotel.:)
